Pojoaque Valley School District Transportation Department Mission Statement

The mission of the Pojoaque Valley School District Transportation Department is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for all students every day. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, accountability, and communication through the use of advanced technology and best practices.

Our buses are equipped with PRO-Vision camera systems and Zonar GPS tracking to ensure real-time monitoring, route accuracy, and driver accountability. The My View parent app empowers families to follow their child’s bus route and receive timely updates, promoting transparency and peace of mind.

To enhance safety and security, we use electronic bus passes for accurate ridership tracking, and every bus is cleaned daily and sanitized using a robotic sanitizer system to maintain a healthy environment for all passengers.

We take pride in providing students with the safest mode of transportation to and from school, supporting their journey toward academic success with care, professionalism, and dedication.

Bus Stop Questions

If you have a question about a bus stop, contact the Transportation Department at 505-455-2234, Ext. 1610. The Transportation Department receives a high volume of calls at the beginning of the school year. We appreciate your patience as we respond as quickly as possible.

As schools across New Mexico gear up for the 2025-2026 school year, remember to always obey school bus signals. Once the bus turns on its red flashing lights and extends its STOP arm, all traffic, in both directions on undivided road, must come to a complete stop until the bus has turned off its red lights and the STOP arm has been retracted. Slow Down and take the extra time that just might save a child’s life.
