To help ensure successful Summer Programs, the district’s IT Department completed extensive technology preparation in advance to provide students and staff with reliable Chromebooks.

All Chromebooks used for the programs were carefully prepared, configured, updated, and tested prior to distribution. This included verifying device functionality, ensuring proper network access, confirming required settings, and preparing the devices for classroom use. In addition, Google accounts were created/updated, organized, and assigned as needed so each student and staff member had access to the necessary educational platforms, digital resources, and learning materials.

The IT Department is proud to support the district’s Summer Programs by helping ensure students and staff have the technology tools they need for instruction, collaboration, accessibility, and continued student success.
