These students in grades 10, 11, and 12 have earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher this school year! PVHS Interim Principal, Deena Aggad, and Superintendent, Dr. Channell Segura, both spoke about the excellence these students, families, and recognized educators bring to our district, and that they represent "Brilliance by Design," because brilliance does not happen by accident, it is built. It was a beautiful gathering of family, friends, food, recognition, and appreciation in a beautiful space.

On this beautiful morning we celebrated our Golden Elks, the top 10% of the 2026 Pojoaque Valley High School graduating class. We are so proud of this group of exemplary scholars, their loving families, and the educators who supported them along the way!

We are proud to welcome our new PVHS Varsity Volleyball Coach, Stephanie Lucero, and Varsity Basketball Coach, Dominic Roybal. Both are PVHS alumni and are excited to give back to the school and district that gave so much to them.

Today we celebrated Estrella Guillen and Ezekiel Atencio at Northern New Mexico College for being selected as NMREC2 outstanding 2026 Scholar Athletes!

Last night, the Pojoaque Valley High School AVID Class of 2026 was celebrated by a room of supportive and loving families, educators and administrators. Their AVID Elective Teacher, Ms. Kathleen Gentry, and the AVID Distict Director, Ms. Debra Minyard, hosted a beautiful ceremony of recognition, attributes, and love. Our AVID seniors' futures are bright!
