In honor of the great man Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we invite you to imagine snow falling in many colors—each snowflake unique, yet together creating something beautiful. In the same way, our differences make us stronger as one community, bound by acceptance, kindness, and empathy.
As we reflect on Dr. King’s legacy, we are reminded of his vision for equity and unity in education—children learning, playing, and growing together with respect and understanding. His dream lives on in our classrooms every day.
That spirit was especially evident during our Winter Literacy Night. Listening to storyteller Joe Hayes share stories from our rich New Mexican culture and seeing our students so engaged was a powerful reminder of why our school community is so special.
We hope your day is filled with kindness, connection, and joy.
